We have high speed needle punch loom. Finished width 3 mtr. Machine is PLC operated and production paramters are saved in scada for quality consistency.

We are environment conscious company. We have 55 kw solar panels installed on our rooftop thereby reducing our carbon footprint.
Our primary focus is on producing and delivering products with unwavering consistency. To ensure this, we have implemented an online scanning system that checks the gsm of the non-woven fabric. Additionally, we use machines such as tensile strength, bursting strength, Martindale-abrasion-tester and roll winding to check fabric samples lot-wise, guaranteeing that production parameters remain consistent. If any variations are detected, an alarm is generated, and our operators take immediate corrective action to optimize the deviations.
